1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to addresses within India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Order Processing & Dispatch
- Domestic Orders: All orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies (such as Delhivery, BlueDart, or Xpressbees) and/or Speed Post.
- Dispatch Timeline: Orders are processed and handed over to the courier company or postal authorities within 1–4 business days from the date of the order and payment confirmation.
- Custom Agreements: In cases where a specific delivery date is agreed upon during order confirmation, that timeline will take precedence.
3. Delivery Timeline
The final delivery of the shipment is subject to Courier Company and Post Office norms. While Assamyumm guarantees to hand over the consignment to the shipping partner within the1–4 day window, we are not liable for any unforeseen delays caused by the courier company or postal authorities.
4. Delivery Address
Orders will be delivered strictly to the shipping address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase. Please ensure the address and contact number provided are accurate to avoid delivery failures.
5. Order Tracking & Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation email at the ID provided during registration once your order is shipped. This email will contain your tracking number and the name of the courier partner, allowing you to monitor your delivery status in real-time.
